Founders
Built by students who start before they feel ready.
The initiative begins with one founder and is designed to grow through new project leads, workshop organizers, documentarians, and mentors.

Easson Yang
Engineering · Product design · Community building
Easson is a secondary-school student interested in turning technical curiosity into useful physical systems. He initiated Teenagers' Engineering Initiative after developing a portable three-in-one biosignal monitor across electronics, software, testing, and enclosure design.
His goal is to create a space where more teenagers can notice real problems, learn practical engineering skills, collaborate across different interests, and document their work honestly.
Growing the founding team
New profiles will be added when students take real responsibility for a project, workshop, partnership, or resource area.
The page will reflect actual contributors rather than presenting an invented team. Roles can include project lead, workshop lead, community research, documentation, fabrication, and mentorship coordination.
Founding roles are open
Help build the initiative itself.
A community needs organizers as much as it needs inventors.
